Standard Administration Does NOT Cover:
- Windows systems,
- tariffs NL3-10, NL3-11, NL3-12, RU-5, RU-6 (paid separately).
Standard Administration Includes
- response time to a ticket up to 45 minutes,
- solving problems and tasks of the client in the order of the general queue, based on their criticality (for example, if a server or site is not available - the problem will be solved as a matter of priority, for any type of administration),
- initial installation and configuration of the OS (at the request of the client, indicated in the note to the order),
- OS reinstallation if necessary (once a month free of charge, for VPS - unlimited),
- updating the OS, installing and updating the kernel at the request of the client (if necessary),
- installation of one of the DirectAdmin/ISPManager/VestaCP/CPanel panels (client license),
- installation of the main services + specified in the note to the order (php, ftp, apache, mySQL, etc.),
- basic server/VPS optimization, taking into account the client's requirements (load analysis, installation of the necessary accelerators, tuning services),
- assistance in eliminating problems and their causes (in the minimum amount sufficient for diagnostics and correction),
- changing the system settings and making edits to the configuration files,
- setting up backup, if necessary (ftp/rsync, etc.),
- resetting passwords when they are lost,
- antivirus scan on demand,
- reboot on demand,
- adding a server to the monitoring system on demand,
- transferring sites from other hosting (no limit on the number of sites),
- transferring sites from VPS to dedicated servers on our hosting,
- consultations and other services at the discretion of our specialists.
You can also order separately any services that are not included in the list of standard administration, separately:
- paid administration $ 35 for 1 hour (at least $ 15 per request),
- reinstalling the OS, if the server without the control panel is 35 $,
- KVM connection - $ 35 for 2 hours,
- a list of other works that are paid for under standard administration.
The cost of other services can be specified through a ticket (section Billing). All work is performed in a general manner with paid administration.
IMPORTANT!
- Standard administration applies only to servers with installed control panel (ISPManager/DirectAdmin/VestaCP/CPanel), which was installed and configured by our specialists. Otherwise, we may refuse to solve problems.
- Standard administration is a free addition to server and VPS rental services, and is carried out in accordance with the regulations. If you are not satisfied with the quality of services provided for standard administration, you can contact other specialists or use paid services.
- Our company does not perform work that leads to a change in the standard operation of the control panel (custom web server settings, custom virtual host templates, etc.). This can lead to irreversible consequences. We also have the right to refuse to administer a server on which these settings have already been made (it is technically impossible to guarantee the correct operation of such a server).
