The is*smart subscription unlocks instant discounts, generous top-up bonuses, early access to new features, and a curated set of locally hosted AI models.

This article explains how is*smart works, what you get, and what happens if you want to cancel, renew, get a bonus, etc.

What You Get With is*smart
When your is*smart subscription is active, you receive:
- 5% off all services across is*hosting (applied automatically at checkout).
- Top-up bonuses up to 15% when you add funds to your account (see table below).
- Access to is*ai (advanced AI models) directly in your is*hosting Client Area.
- Early access to new features and products before they’re publicly released.
- Exclusive offers from selected partners (coming soon).
Bonus System for Top-Ups
When your is*smart subscription is active, you get extra credit on your balance for each qualifying top-up.

Access to is*ai Models
Subscribers get access to is*ai – a set of AI models inside your is*hosting account.
Available models as of now:
- Gemma 3
- Qwen 3
- DeepSeek R1
- Llama 3.3
- Phi 4 Reasoning
- Qwen 2.5 Vision
Models can be added or removed depending on availability and demand.
Subscription Length and Pricing
is*smart is available in the following billing cycles:
- 1 month
- 3 months
- 6 months
- 12 months
The longer the billing cycle – the lower the monthly price.
Renewals and Autopay
- Subscriptions renew automatically if Auto-Renewal is enabled.
- If you use balance-based renewal and don’t have enough funds at the time of renewal, the subscription will not be extended.
- You can turn auto-renew on or off in your control panel anytime.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- The cancellation takes effect immediately.
- You will lose access to all is*smart benefits (discounts, AI, early access).
- Bonuses you received during the active subscription will not be removed from your account.
If you cancel early, refunds may be provided in proportion to unused time, depending on local laws and your usage status. For example, if you’ve already used your subscription to receive a discount, bonus, or AI access, full refunds may not be possible.
Re-subscribing and Abuse Protection
- You can purchase a new is*smart subscription after your current one expires.
- Repeated short-term activations for one-time benefits may be restricted.
(e.g., subscribing only to get top-up bonuses and canceling immediately after). - Abuse of the system may result in limited access to future subscriptions.
Suspension by is*hosting
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if:
- We detect abuse, fraud, or Terms of Use (ссылка) violations.
- Your account fails verification or is flagged for suspicious activity.
In such cases, we may issue a refund, full or partial, depending on the situation.
How to Check Subscription Status
You can check your subscription status, billing period, and next renewal date in your is*smart section inside the Client Area.
