      This article will help you to know about dedicated IP, its features and benefits, and why and how to order VPN with dedicated IP.

      Dedicated IP is IP that belongs to only one site or one user. Using a dedicated IP for a VPN does not only allow you to surf anonymously, but also has a number of benefits.

      How to Order VPN with Dedicated IP

      To order VPN with dedicated IP, follow the steps:

      1. Sign in and go to your client area.

      2. To order a VPN service, you have 2 options:

        1. Click Add new service.

        2. Select VPN Servers > click Configure.

      4. Option 2:
        1. Click My VPN Servers.

      5. Select Private VPN with Static IP > click Configure.

      6. Customize configuration of selected plan.
        You have the opportunity to customize the selected VPN with the following options: 
        • location (choose the location, if you have not done it yet)
        • number of IPv4
        • VPN/Proxy for additional IP (optional)
        • setting up different incoming and outgoing IPs (When ordering an additional IP address (for $4 per month), we can set up a VPN server for free so that you connect to one IP, and the outgoing IP address on the sites/services is a different IP. Thus, in provider logs will not show the external IP of the VPN server and it will be impossible to compare the logs of the Internet provider and the logs of sites/services, which can be done for a regular VPN server in the case when VPN providers do not keep or do not issue logs).
        • payment period (a month, 3 months, 6 months, a year, and 2 years)

      7. If you have any additional requirements or wishes for setting up the server, enter them in the Comment field or create a technical support ticket through the ticket system after order activation.

      8. To confirm your order, click Add to Cart > Go to Checkout.

      9. To get a discount, apply a promo code if you have it. If you pay for the service for a year at a time, we will add 3 months of rent as a bonus during the activation of your order.

      11. To make changes to the selected tariff plan, click the ellipsis to the right of the service and Remove, then add the service to the basket again, starting from step 1.

      12. Read the terms and conditions of service and privacy policy.
      13. To pay for the order, use one of the methods presented on the payment page.
      14. To pay for your order from the balance, select the Pay from balance checkbox. Also  the auto-pay from the balance option is available. To find out how to activate this option, follow the link Auto-prolongation from balance.

      16. Order Confirmation will come immediately to the mail specified during registration.

      17. Access to the VPN with dedicated IP will be sent to the mail specified during registration. Orders will only be processed and activated during office hours, which are from 8 AM to 8 PM GMT. Service activation can take from 5 minutes to 2 hours.

      18. Also, VPN access can be found in your client area in the Management section of the VPN service after activating the service. To go to the Management section and find accesses, follow the steps:
        1. Choose My VPN Servers in your client area.
