When ordering the Dedicated Server service, you are provided with a separate physical server with its own hardware configuration. Unlike VPS, a dedicated server is used by only one client and does not depend on other hosting clients or data centers.

1. Choice of Location
Select the location you need from the countries presented on our website, depending on the purpose of using the server.
If you still have questions about choosing a location for your project, you can ask them in the online chat in the lower right corner of the page or create a support request through the ticket system.
2. Plan Selection
Choose one of the standard configurations of dedicated servers or order an individual solution (under all tariff plans) and click "Configure".
3. Setting the Selected Plan
The following settings are offered for the selected dedicated server plan:
- additional RAM,
- additional disks,
- RAID (requires at least 2 disks of the same size),
- monitoring the status of disks (only for Linux OS).
- template and bitness of the operating system (CentOS / Debian / Ubuntu / FreeBSD / Windows),
- installation of the ISPManager / DirectAdmin / VestaCP control panel (only for Linux OS),
- type of administration (standard, VIP, or without administration),
- port speed and traffic packet size,
- the number of additional IPs (in addition to those included in the tariff plan),
- type of protection against DDoS attacks,
- the period of payment for the service (month, 3 months, 6 months, year).
If you have any additional requirements or wishes for setting up the server - enter them in the "Note to the order" field or create a ticket to the technical support after activating the order.
IMPORTANT! You cannot change/add a processor on a dedicated server. Changing the processor always requires ordering a new server (and transferring data). Therefore, we strongly recommend that you carefully choose a tariff plan. You can ask all questions about choosing a tariff in our online chat or with a ticket to the Billing department.
Upon completion of setting the tariff, click "Add to cart" and then "Go to cart" to confirm and pay for the order, or "Stay" to order other services. You can also save the link or send the selected and configured configuration to email by clicking on the "Share" icon to the right of "Add to cart".
4. Order Confirmation (cart)
Check the correctness of the plan choice, payment period, and additional parameters of the tariff. To make changes to the selected tariff plan, click on the ellipsis to the right of the service and "Delete", then add the service to the basket again, starting from item 1.
If you need to order several identical dedicated servers at once, click on the ellipsis to the right of the service and then "Duplicate". Also in the cart, you can specify a promo code to receive a discount ("Add a promo code").
If all the order parameters are correct, click "Proceed to checkout".
5. Payment for the Order
Unregistered users should first enter the data for registration in the system, while registered users just need to enter an existing account or restore access to it. You should also read the terms and conditions of service and the privacy policy. After that, to pay for the order, you can use one of the methods below.
If you need to make any changes to your order, click "Change Order" under the payment methods.
