Automatic Payment of Invoices from a Linked Bank Card

This article explains how to enable automatic payment of service renewal invoices using a linked bank card.

You can set up automatic payments for service renewals using a bank card linked to your is*hosting account. This allows you to pay renewal invoices without manually making a payment each billing period.

How to Enable Automatic Payments from a Linked Card

To enable automatic payments, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your is*hosting account.
  2. Go to the Billing section, select Payment Methods, and click Add New Service.
  3. Link a bank card to your account if you have not already done so.

How to Disable Automatic Payments from a Linked Card

You can disable automatic payments for individual services in your personal account.

  1. Go to the relevant service section, for example, Virtual Servers → Manage.

  2.  Find the option for automatic payment from a linked card in Payment Info → disable this option and confirm your choice if the system asks for confirmation.

Disabling automatic payments does not cancel the service itself. You will need to pay future renewal invoices manually or use another available payment method.

How Automatic Payments Work

Renewal invoices are issued automatically 15 days before the end of the current payment period.

When automatic payments from a linked card are enabled, the system attempts to charge the linked card for the service renewal.

If the payment fails, check that:

  • Your bank card has sufficient funds.
  • The card has not expired.
  • Online and recurring payments are permitted by your bank.
  • Your bank has not declined the transaction.

If an automatic payment cannot be completed, you may need to pay the invoice manually to avoid service interruption.

ATTENTION: Keep your payment information up to date and monitor your invoices to ensure that your services are renewed on time.
