What to Do If You Have Ordered Service and the Information Has Not Yet Arrived
If your invoice has been paid (Paid status) - the service will be activated within a few minutes (maximum - a few hours).
An exception is if the order requires any clarifications or additional verification.
We will create a ticket and you will receive a notification about it to your email address specified during registration.
You can read here why additional verification might be required.
If you did not receive any notifications to the mail indicated during registration, everything is ok. Just wait for the order.
Also, copies of all messages sent to you will be saved in your personal account.
