Specifics of Payment via Coinpayments

WARNING: Please make sure that you transfer exactly that amount in cryptocurrency, which is shown on payment page, and be sure to specify real email!

After paying with cryptocurrency via Coinpayments (please note that we are not affiliated with this service), you will receive a payment ID in the format CPxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. It will be sent to the email specified in your account on the IShosting.com website.

Using this ID, you can track your payment on the Coinpayments website at the following link: https://www.coinpayments.net/supwiz-buyer.

In case of sufficient amount of money transfer after receiving the required number of transaction confirmations from the payment system (can take from several minutes to several hours depending on load of the payment network and the specified commission for transfer) exactly the amount that was specified at generation of the bill for payment is credited to our balance and account status in your personal cabinet changes to "Paid" (Paid).

If you send a smaller amount (underpayment), you can pay the remaining amount by clicking on the same payment link in Coinpayments that was generated when you originally paid the bill.
If in certain period of time the transaction doesn't get enough confirmations, it will be considered as timed-out, and you should get a message from Coinpayments with refund instructions, or you can contact them yourself via https://www.coinpayments.net/supwiz-buyer.

If you sent overpayment, you must get Coinpayments email with instructions how to refund money to your wallet (or you can contact Coinpayments support via https://www.coinpayments.net/supwiz-buyer) in order to get your overpayment refund to your wallet (you will have to compensate Coinpayments service for commission of the network you paid in). It is impossible to put this money on our balance. More information can be found in the following articles: Coinpayments Payment Problems and Coinpayments FAQs.
