Network unavailability
Network unavailability can be caused by the following problems:
- Connecting to an incorrect resource. Run the ping command to ping your server. If the wrong IP-address is displayed (does not match the IP-address of your server) - check the domain name settings.
- The port is blocked by your ISP or network administrator. In this case, the error will appear for all resources. If port 21, 22 is blocked, all resources and servers via FTP and SSH will be unavailable. This problem can only be eliminated by the person who blocked it.
- Packet loss on some routers. You can use the free WinMTR software to diagnose this problem. Contact the manufacturer of this equipment to correct this problem.
- The IP address is blocked on the server. To fix this problem, contact the administrator or site support service.
