After installing the module and automatically restarting ISPmanager, you can order the Let's Encrypt certificate issue when adding a domain to the panel. The SSL Certificates section will add the ability to create Let's Encrypt certificates.

2. The user who added the site must have access to use SSL.

Log in to ISPmanager as root. Go to Accounts - Users. Select a user and click Change.

In the window that opens, in the Access section, check the Can use SSL box.

3. Go to the panel under this user. In the Accounts - Users section, select line with the required user and click Login.

4. In WWW - SSL Certificates, click Let's Encrypt.

5. Fill in all fields in the window that opens and click Ok to save changes. The certificate will be issued automatically and will appear in the WWW - SSL Certificates section. At first, it will have the Self-Signed status, and after a few minutes - Existing.

IMPORTANT! After installing the certificate, enable HTTPS redirection for the domain.
