      What Should be Configured First to Keep Windows Server Safe?

      To ensure the safe operation of Windows Server, we recommend that you first do the following:

      1. Configure the Microsoft Security Baseline GPOs.
      2. Differentiate the rights between users. Do not give administrator rights to ordinary users.
      3. Install the latest operating system and software updates.
      4. Install and configure the Firewall.
      5. Configure the security settings for the remote desktop.
      6. Install only verified software.
