This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions applicable to subscription services provided by Astraform Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, operating through is*hosting (the “Service”).

This Policy governs your rights and obligations in connection with subscription-based services and applies in addition to the applicable Terms of Use, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and other related policies. By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Overview of Subscription Services

The Company offers subscription plans that grant users access to certain premium services, features, tools, discounts, or other benefits within the Service. Subscription benefits may include, without limitation, exclusive functionalities, promotional advantages, partner offers, or early access to new features.

The specific scope, duration, pricing, and benefits of a subscription are defined on the relevant product, subscription, or pricing page at the time of purchase.

Available or upcoming subscriptions may include, for example, is*smart, which provides access to specific modules and benefits as described in this Policy.

Products, features, or benefits included in a subscription may be added, modified, or removed from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, the Company will provide advance notice of material removals. New products or features added during an active subscription term will not result in additional charges for the remainder of that term.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To be eligible for a subscription, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Maintain an active registered user account in the Service;
  • Provide a valid and accepted payment method or maintain sufficient account balance.

By purchasing a subscription, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements.

To prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of subscription benefits, and to ensure compliance with internal policies, users with restricted, flagged, or verification-recommended account statuses may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing or renewing subscription services.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing Cycles

3.1 Billing Cycles

Subscriptions may be offered on recurring or fixed-term billing cycles, such as monthly or multi-month periods. The applicable billing cycle is displayed during checkout and in your account dashboard.

For example, is*smart may be offered for subscription terms of 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, or 36 months.

3.2 Payment Authorization

Subscription fees may be paid manually using available payment methods or through authorized automatic deductions from your internal account balance, provided sufficient funds are available.

By activating a subscription, you expressly authorize the Company to deduct applicable subscription fees from your account balance for renewals where such functionality is enabled.

3.3 Billing Details

Pricing information is displayed on the relevant product or pricing pages. You are responsible for ensuring that all billing and account information is accurate and kept up to date.

Taxes, duties, or similar charges may apply depending on your location and applicable regulations and will be reflected where required.

3.4 Delivery of Subscription Services

Subscription services are provided digitally and are fulfilled through continuous access to subscription benefits throughout the active subscription term. The service is considered progressively delivered over the duration of the selected subscription period.

Access to subscription benefits generally begins immediately upon activation, unless otherwise specified.

3.5 Payment Failure

If a subscription renewal fails due to insufficient funds or unsuccessful payment authorization, the subscription will not be renewed. Access to subscription benefits will cease at the end of the current subscription term.

You may reactivate a subscription at any time by purchasing a new plan at the then-current price.

4. Auto-Renewal and Renewal Notifications

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Where applicable, renewal notifications may be provided in advance and may include information such as:

  • Invoice or reference number;
  • Amount due;
  • Payment or renewal reference.

5. Voluntary Refund and Cancellation Framework

The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer voluntary refunds, credits, or service adjustments within a limited period following the initial subscription purchase, subject to the conditions set out in this Policy and the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.

This framework is provided as a commercial courtesy and does not constitute a statutory or mandatory right.

If any subscription benefits have been accessed, used, redeemed, or otherwise consumed (including discounts, bonuses, AI features, or partner benefits), refunds may be limited or unavailable. Partial use of a subscription may render it ineligible for refunds.

6. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation or expiration of a subscription:

  • Bonuses and discounts — Unused subscription-related bonuses, promotional credits, and discounts expire together with the subscription.
  • AI features — Access to AI models or AI-based tools provided under the subscription ends immediately.
  • Balance-related bonuses — Balance top-up bonuses credited during an active subscription may remain available, subject to the applicable bonus terms.

6.1 Re-Subscription

If a subscription expires or is canceled, you may purchase the same or a different subscription again at the then-current price. The Company reserves the right to implement anti-abuse measures where repeated cancellations or re-subscriptions indicate fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Cancellation and Termination by User

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Managing subscriptions through your account dashboard; or

  • Contacting customer support through the official support or ticketing system.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations take effect immediately. Access to subscription benefits will terminate upon cancellation, and no further subscription charges will be applied after the current subscription term ends.

Only one active subscription of a given type (such as is*smart) may be permitted per account.

8. Refund Provisions

Refund eligibility is governed by this Policy and the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, unused portions of a subscription term are generally non-refundable. Any refunds or credits offered are subject to discretionary review and applicable conditions.

9. Subscription Features and Benefits

9.1 is*smart (MVP)

The is*smart subscription may include the following components:

  • is*ai — Access to a curated set of AI models with limited usage allowances. Supported models may include, for example, Gemma3, QwQ, Deepseek-R1, Llama 3.x, Phi, or similar models. The list of supported AI models may change from time to time.
  • is*partners — Discounts and special offers provided by selected partners.

General subscription benefits may include:

  • A percentage discount on eligible services while the subscription is active;
  • Early access to selected features;
  • Exclusive partner offers;
  • Balance replenishment bonuses, subject to the bonus system described below.

Limitations and Conditions:

  • Identity verification (KYC) may be required for users with flagged, restricted, or verification-recommended accounts.
  • Only one active is*smart subscription is permitted per account.
  • Bonus credits are subject to applicable bonus and usage rules and may not be withdrawn or transferred unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Changes to Subscription Terms or Pricing

The Company may modify subscription features, pricing, or terms from time to time. Any changes apply prospectively and do not affect active subscriptions unless explicitly requested by the user or required by applicable law.

11. Termination by the Company

The Company may suspend or terminate a subscription if:

  • You violate the applicable Terms of Use or this Policy;
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is detected;
  • Repeated payment failures occur.

Where reasonably practicable, notice and an opportunity to remedy may be provided. Refunds following termination are subject to Section 8 of this Policy.

12. Data Protection and AI Usage

Personal data and AI-related inputs may be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and data protection terms governing your account.

Data retention, processing purposes, and access limitations are defined in the applicable privacy and data protection documentation.

13. Subscription Status and Expiry Information

You may view the status and expiration date of your subscription at any time through your account dashboard and applicable notification emails.

14. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company’s Hong Kong entity, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
