SSL Order, Installation and Renewal

  1. Not later than 3 months before the expiration of the certificate, a letter from the SSL provider will be sent to the admin email (which is specified when registering the certificate). This letter will contain a notification about the imminent expiration of your certificate and a recommendation to renew it.
  2. After receiving this letter - contact us through a ticket and request an extension. We will issue an invoice to pay for the renewal of the certificate. If you already have an invoice - pay it and write to us to renew the certificate.
  3. We are initiating the procedure for issuing a new certificate.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you entered in the approver email. Confirm the issue of the new certificate.
  5. Install the new certificate. You can also contact technical support. Our experts will provide the necessary assistance free of charge.
