Moving sites to another server are always associated with difficulties (temporary unavailability, re-configuration, etc.). If the refusal from the server is connected with financial difficulties or you have found a better offer – just create a ticket and let us know about it. We always meet our clients halfway and offer you a mutually beneficial solution to any problem. In case of temporary financial difficulties for the client, the administration is ready to consider the issue of deferred payment.
Dedicated Servers
A dedicated server can be canceled at least 15 days prior to the end of the lease term. An exception is the company's own servers NL3.
This is a requirement of the data centers that host the servers. Fulfillment of these conditions allows our clients to rent servers at a very low price.
VPS
VPS users can opt-out at any time before the lease expires. The system automatically calculates the payment for use for at least 30 days after the expiration of the rental period. Then the VPS is removed.
When forming an application, be sure to indicate the reason for the refusal – this will help to identify the remaining deficiencies and improve the level of service. We will try to promptly solve possible problems so that you continue to remain our client.

- all refusals are processed only through the ticket system (refusals via ICQ/Email/Skype/Livechat are not accepted).
- if the server is not canceled within the specified time frame (15 days before the end of the lease), the cancellation is not accepted. The client is obliged to pay for the server rental for the next month.
IMPORTANT! The minimum rental period is 1 month. In case of early termination of the lease at the initiative of the client, no refund is provided. In some cases we can return the funds to your account balance with a penalty fee of 25% deducted from the refund amount.
If the server was paid for more than 1 month, it is possible to return the remaining funds to the balance within the system (a refund to payment systems is possible in exceptional cases, as agreed with the management and minus the commission).
