      Installing, Configuring, and Changing Protocols in Amnezia VPN

      In this article, you will learn everything about working with protocols, specifically how to install, configure, or change protocols in Amnezia VPN.

      Amnezia is a multiprotocol client that supports almost all modern protocols: OpenVPN, WireGuard, ShadowSocks, IKEv2, and OpenVPN with the Cloak plugin.

      You can always change the protocol or settings, adapting the connection to your needs.

      To install, configure, or change the protocol, follow these steps:

      1. Click the server name at the bottom of the main application screen.

      3. To install the required protocol, select the Protocols tab and download the necessary protocol.

      4. To go to the settings menu of an already installed protocol, click the arrow next to its name in the server settings.

      5. You can configure the protocol, adapt the connection to your needs, and remove it there.
