If Gmail Detects Emails as Spam?

When sending emails from the server, some mail services (Gmail, Yandex, Mail.ru) may detect them as spam. Even if you do not send spam and the content of the letters fully meets all the rules. This usually occurs due to incorrect mail settings on the server.

  1. Read the error message carefully. The heading or the first paragraphs of the error message contains information about what exactly caused the message to get into spam. This will help you quickly identify and fix the problem.
  2. Check the mail settings on the server. To do this, we recommend using the following instructions:
    1. Configuring DKIM for letters sent from the server
    2. DMARC check

If a control panel is installed on your virtual or dedicated server, configure mail according to the instructions in the Mail category.
