How to Suspend the Use of VPS

It is possible to freeze the VPS service for up to 30 days (as agreed with the administration). To do this, create a ticket to the Billing department.

With a longer freezing, you will need to pay the cost of IP and disk space, which we reserve for you during the entire period of storage of the frozen service. Otherwise, it is possible to delete a service frozen for more than 30 days during the next cleanup of the canceled services.

You can also cancel the VPS service (after creating a backup copy). Then, if necessary, order this service again and restore your data from a backup.
