How to Create Your Own NS in ISPmanager

This article will help you to know how to create your own NS in ISPmanager.

Own (child) nameservers are NS types ns1.test.com and ns2.test.com. Own NS are configured on the server hosting the domain.

test.com is an example domain.

Important! Some registrars require different IP addresses for ns1 and ns2.

If you have only one IP address and need to get a second one:

  • You can order it through a ticket.
  • You can use a DNS registrar instead of your own NS or use free DNS services. Here, domain DNS management is performed not on the server, but using the DNS vendor tools.

This manual provides an example of setting up your own NS in the ISPmanager panel for the test.com domain with one IP addresses.
