Problems with the sender: errors in setting up CMS and scripts, restrictions / blocking by the hosting company, getting an IP address in black lists or spam lists, incorrect PTR record. 2. Restrictions / blocking at the recipient. Check your mail settings on your server. Also, watch out for notifications from the support team, as the provision of services may be temporarily suspended or limited.
