Emails are Not Coming In

The main reasons why letters may not come:

1. Problems with the sender: errors in setting up CMS and scripts, restrictions / blocking by the hosting company, getting an IP address in black lists or spam lists, incorrect PTR record.
2. Restrictions / blocking at the recipient. Check your mail settings on your server. Also, watch out for notifications from the support team, as the provision of services may be temporarily suspended or limited.

If you cannot fix the problem on your own, due to which letters do not come, contact technical support. In the message, indicate the exact time of sending one of the messages, the sender's address and the recipient's address. If possible, attach a letter describing the error that came from the postal service.
