      Data Storage After VPS Blocking

      To Restore a Deleted VPS

      1. Create a ticket to Billing to verify the availability of a backup.
      2. Order and pay for a new similar server.
      3. Top up your balance by at least $15 (the cost of restoring from a backup).

      ATTENTION!

      • VPS are paid until the end of the lease.
      • Disconnection 72 hours after non-payment.
      • Deletion after 30 days or earlier if necessary to free up resources. No possibility of recovery.
      • Recovery after deletion is possible only on a paid basis ($15) if at least 1 backup has been preserved. Backups are stored for up to 1 month.

      If you are unable to pay for the service on time - create a ticket and notify us about it. It is possible to provide a deferred payment.
