PHP Version Change in ISPmanager
This article will help you to know how to install alternative PHP versions in ISPmanager.
You can install alternative PHP versions in ISPmanager.
To install alternative PHP versions in ISPmanager, follow the steps:
- Log into the panel as root.
- Go to the Settings > PHP Settings.
- Highlight the PHP version you need, click , and choose Install or choose Install in the upper menu.
Alternate PHP versions are installed in the /opt/ directory. Now you can choose different PHP versions for each WWW-domain in CGI mode.
The regular user must have rights to change the PHP version.
To change the PHP version in ISPmanager, follow the steps:
- Log into the panel as root.
- Go to the Users section.
- Select a user and click Edit.
- In the Access tab, click PHP as CGI.
- Click Save.
Now, the user can change the PHP version for his domains the following way:
- Go to the Sites section.
- Highlight the PHP version you need, click , and choose Edit.
- In the Handler (PHP) > PHP mode section, select CGI.
- Click Save.
