After order and allocate the additional IP-address, it must be added to the server. You do not need to add only the primary IPv4 address.
Adding an IPv4 Address
1. Connect to the server via RDP.
2. Click on the Network icon in the lower right corner and select Network & Internet Settings.
3. Select Configure adapter settings (or Change adapter settings).
4. Right-click on the adapter and select Properties from the drop-down list.
5. Highlight Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4) and click Properties.
6. In the window that opens, select Use the following IP address and enter the following values:

7. Click Advanced.
8. In the window that opens, click the Add button in the IP addresses block.
9. Enter the additional IP address and subnet mask (255.255.255.0). Click Add.
10. Click Add, then OK to save your changes.
Adding IPv6 Addresses
IPv6 addresses are added in the same way as IPv4. In step 5, select Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).
Next, enter the following values:

Click Advanced to add an additional IPv6 address. After that Add in the IP-addresses block and fill in all the fields in the form that opens.
