How to Open is*ai from Your Client Area

This article explains how to access the is*ai Panel from your Client Area.

After subscribing to is*smart, the is*ai Panel tab appears in the is*smart drop-down menu in the left menu of your Client Area.

Clicking the is*ai Panel tab automatically redirects you from your Client Area to the is*ai Panel. When redirecting to the is*ai portal, it's important to know the following:

  1. Authorization usually occurs automatically (during your Client Area session).
  2. If your browser prompts you to log in, use the same credentials you use for your Client Area.
  3. You can also access the portal directly at https://ai.ishosting.com — this will grant you access.
  4. The is*ai Panel is only available to users with an active is*ai subscription.
