After [subscribing to is\*smart](https://ishosting.com/en/is-smart), the **is\*ai** **Panel** tab appears in the is\*smart drop-down menu in the left menu of your **Client Area**. Clicking the **is\*ai Panel** tab automatically redirects you from yourClient Area to the is\*ai Panel. When redirecting to the is\*ai portal, it's important to know the following: 1. Authorization usually occurs **automatically** (during your Client Area session). 2. If your browser prompts you to log in, use the same credentials you use for your Client Area. 3. You can also access the portal directly at [https://ai.ishosting.com](https://ai.ishosting.com/) — this will grant you access. 4. The is\*ai Panel is only available to users with an **active** is\*ai subscription.
